Do you get energy from truly helping customers and does it sound appealing to work partly at the office in Utrecht and partly from home? As a customer service representative at bol, you answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat. You help with orders, returns, deliveries, and account questions, ensuring customers end the conversation with a clear and pleasant feeling. About half of the week you work at the modern office in Utrecht, the other half from home.
You start with a paid training of four weeks, so you learn the systems, working methods, and tone of voice of bol step-by-step. After that, you participate in the schedule between 08:00 and 23:00, where you submit your availability in advance and alternate your workday between customer conversations, administration, and team meetings.
What you will do:
- Help customers via phone, email, and chat with questions about orders, deliveries, returns, and accounts.
- Listen, ask follow-up questions, and search the systems for appropriate solutions for the customer.
- Carefully record conversations and actions so colleagues can immediately see what was discussed.
- Consult with colleagues and coaches, share tips, and learn from feedback within the team.
- Participate in training courses and develop your customer contact skills step-by-step.
