At Vecht en IJssel, we work on a small scale: everyone knows each other, the lines are short, and the atmosphere is informal. That means you make a direct impact, can share ideas, and truly do your work with pleasure.

What does this mean for you?

• You choose a control employment contract (regie-arbeidsovereenkomst) at Vecht en IJssel.
• You decide yourself how many hours per year you want to work and when you work these hours.
• You receive a fixed salary every month according to the CAO VVT.
• You get holiday allowance (8%) in May, a year-end bonus (8.33%) in November, and holiday hours.
• Staying home due to illness? No problem, you simply retain your salary.

What does your schedule look like?

You decide that entirely yourself! The only agreement: working the agreed number of hours on an annual basis, without violating the Working Hours Act.

• Five shifts a week and the whole summer off? No problem!
• Only weekday day shifts? No problem!
• 6 night shifts in a row and then 21 days off? That is also possible!

How does your adventure in the Vecht & IJssel flex pool look?

At Vecht en IJssel you get the freedom to work in a way that fits your life - with the security of a permanent contract and a pleasant working atmosphere. You can work with us for 4 to 36 hours per week. Thanks to our handy online tool, you choose which shifts you want to work. Simply submit your availability, and we will schedule you directly. With four locations, you choose where you prefer to work. After just 3 months, you get access to plenty of training opportunities, such as e-learnings, in-company training, and full follow-up courses. You receive a stable income every month based on your minimum contract hours. Do you work extra? Then we pay those hours out the following month. And perhaps the best part: you immediately get an indefinite contract at Vecht en IJssel.
