This is what you will doAs an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers in construction and industry. You convert customer questions into clear solutions and know how to prepare, follow up on quotes, and process orders. You advise customers on products, applications, prices, and delivery times and guide them in the showroom to the right solution. In addition, as an Inside Sales Representative, you contact customers when turnover lags and actively think about commercial opportunities. You coordinate a lot with colleagues from the field sales and other departments, so that everything runs smoothly from request to delivery. Your work goes further than just order processing: you think ahead, see opportunities, and actively contribute to the growth of the company.
