In your role as a Junior Consultant, you will get to know the world of financial services in the first phase. With this, you build up great expertise that will take you further towards your ambition as a Product Owner! In your first assignment, you could, for example, take on the execution of an efficient pension administration where you learn the professional content and can play an important role in improving mutation processes on your own initiative. Furthermore, as a Junior Consultant, you gain work experience in a project environment, for example, as a Project Management Officer (PMO). As a PMO, you are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and conducting internal meetings, managing stakeholders, and performing business analyses. Education and skills training in the Product Owner traineeship:There is plenty of room to grow from a young professional to a Product Owner.
