Working Student Digital Sales

Your job:

As a Working Student Digital Sales, you support the Digital Sales team of Kenter Groendus. You help customers with their questions via telephone and e-mail, think along with them about their energy issues, and ensure they get the right solution. At the same time, you develop your commercial skills and get more and more responsibility within the sales process. Your to-do list includes:

• Actively calling customers who have not yet responded to a previous offer or campaign;
• Supporting the account management team with re-contracting and commercial projects;
• Processing responses to e-mail campaigns and service processes;
• Drafting and sending offers for re-contracting campaigns;
• Answering customer questions via telephone and e-mail;
• Neatly keeping track of customer contacts, offers, and follow-up actions in the administration.

Your development:

You start by supporting the daily Digital Sales activities, so that you get to know our customers, products, and working method well. Gradually, you will get more responsibility within the commercial process. You develop yourself in recognizing customer needs, identifying opportunities, and advising on appropriate energy solutions. In this way, you grow step-by-step towards a role in which you independently contribute to customer satisfaction and sales results.

Requirements:

• You are currently pursuing an HBO or WO degree;
• You are familiar with Office365 and preferably also Microsoft Dynamics/CRM;
• You enjoy working in a team, have strong communication skills, and quickly spot commercial opportunities;
• You work independently and accurately.
